Joe Jackson


Licensed since 1979, Joe specializes in listings for Hiss Jackson Advantage. Although he does work with buyers, his main area is working with sellers to get their home SOLD. He holds the CRS and e-Pro designations. He has been a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors since 1979 and the North Area Real Estate Association since 1980. Volunteering is very important to Joe. He is a sponsor for local youth sports and volunteers for the Columbus Public School System. He has also served on the Board of Trustees, Mission Board, and Campus Ministry Board, along with being a devoted member of the University Baptist Church.

Erik Hiss

With over 40 years of local roots and two decades of industry expertise, Erik Hiss doesn’t just sell central Ohio—he knows it from the ground up. A proud graduate of Bishop Watterson High School and The Ohio State University (2004), Erik holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a background that provides him with a unique, structural perspective on every property he evaluates.
Erik’s real estate journey began while he was still a Buckeye. After purchasing and renovating his first home with a friend while finishing school, he quickly scaled his passion into a successful rental company and earned his real estate license in 2004. For the past 20 years, Erik has been a pillar at Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty, working alongside Joe Jackson and The Jackson Team. In 2025, that long-standing partnership evolved into the Hiss Jackson Advantage Team, where Erik now serves as Co-Owner.
A devoted family man, Erik resides in Dublin with his wife and four children. The Hiss family are active members of the St. Brendan’s church and school community. Whether he’s analyzing an investment or helping a family find their forever home, Erik combines engineering precision with a deep-seated love for the central Ohio community.

Deb McGuire


Deb has been a realtor since 2004 and joined Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2010. She earned her Master's Degree in counseling and held a license in California for Marriage, Family, and Child counseling for many years. Deb's passion is Real Estate and she brings her skills to work for her clients as she counsels them through successful transactions. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, and Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Seller Representative Specialist. She has lived in Columbus for more than 20 years and loves the Columbus area.

Kevin Hollis

Kevin started his real estate career in 2003 in new home sales. He worked in this capacity until the major market shift in 2008. At that point, he earned his real estate license and began working with buyers and sellers. Since then, Kevin has helped many clients achieve their real estate goals. During that time, he also became a real estate investor and house flipper, successfully renovating and selling approximately 75 homes. Kevin grew up in Westerville and currently lives in Powell with his family. He is the proud father of twins, and his greatest passion is spending time with his family and being a great dad. Before beginning his real estate career, Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from Bowling Green State University. He is a dedicated team player and is passionate about working alongside the outstanding colleagues on the Hiss Jackson Advantage team.

Lillie Pagella

Lillie is the Marketing Manager/ Office Administrator for Hiss Jackson Advantage. Her responsibilities include preparing all marketing material, promoting listings and our business, gathering and analyzing information to identify new markets and clientele, and developing new marketing strategies. She also cares for all clients in a timely and professional manner & trains part time employees as the need arises while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. A OSU graduate, she has lived in Columbus, OH since 2017. She is soon to be a licensed agent on our team.

Linda Franks

Linda is the Operations Manager for Hiss Jackson Advantage. Her responsibilities include listing all properties and inputting them into the websites, creating marketing for the homes, processing the contracts from start to finish, coordinating all of the documents, and preparing all transaction details for a smooth closing. Linda has worked for Keller Williams Capital Partners since 2003 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. She has lived in Columbus most of her life and dotes heavily on her beautiful granddaughter.
